Pupil Chaplains

At Meole Brace C of E Primary School and Nursery, we have a dedicated team of Pupil Chaplains, who applied for the role because of their active involvement in worship and their spiritual awareness. They act as role models for their peers, embody our Christian values and regularly lead the whole-school community in Collective Worship.

Working alongside the School Leadership Team, Rev. Cansdale, the School Chaplain, Mrs Clarkson and the Children and Families Minister, Ms Hughes, the Pupil Chaplains play a key role in developing our Christian Distinctiveness and driving school improvement, acting as a voice for the pupils. Recently, they supported the delivery of our Harvest service in the Church and helped to organise the collection of food items for Shrewsbury Food Bank and the Ark.
