Hi Stingrays and Turtles!

Home Learning

In the event of a period of self-isolation requiring learning that can be completed at home, Parents/Carers will receive an email with full details of the children’s assignments, tasks and teacher input.

This term we are starting a new topic called Victorian Progress. We will be looking at the period of history from 1937-1901 and how the changes made around this period have affected us today. we will look at some interesting people from the era and compare their lives with ours.

Remember that we have PE on a Wednesday and a Friday.

Have a look at the curriculum maps attached in the 'What we are learning' page. There are also some useful links to websites which explains the terminology we use in class. They may help when you are discussing work at home.

If you would like to send us any photos or videos of work- send them to our emails

Half Term, by Mr Bray

Christian Theme of the Month

The Christian theme for this half term is 'Courage'.

"Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1.9

In school we will be:

Exploring the value of courage.

Encouraging pupils to show courage when things are difficult.

Exploring ways in which we can be courageous in our learning and both in and out of school.

Parents and carers, please help us at home to support your child in their understanding of the above concepts.
