Important Dates
PE
This term PE will take place on a Wednesday and Friday.
As the weather is getting cooler, please ensure that your child has outdoor footwear e.g trainers and pumps. Children can also wear track suit bottoms and a sweatshirt.
On Wednesdays, during P.E all children.will be completing a mile walk or run. For those children completing the Shrewsbury Half Marathon, this will contribute to their miles.
Homework
Children are expected to read at home everyday and this can be recorded in their blue reading diaries. Spellings are given out on a Friday and are then tested,in school on the following Friday. Please ensure that children bring their yellow books to school so that new spellings can be stuck in for the following week.
Events
Mrs Porrett will be teaching weekly music lessons on a Monday afternoon. We will also be taking part in a whole school art project with Shrewsbury School.
